STAPLE GUN
Our lightweight, powerful pneumatic staple guns are designed especially for the staple in awning profiles. This unique staple gun fits snugly into the staple groove to cleanly pierce the aluminum and the fabric to hold the fabric securely in place against the staple channel.
AIR HAMMER
Our pneumatic hand held air hammer provides precisely the correct amount of cushioned force that is required to mold the staple groove insert securely in the staple channel.
STAPLES
Our 35 year old special design awning staples offer a Twist 'N Lock feature that secures the fabric to the staple groove. The staple twist while being driven through the staple channel and locks the fabric into the staple groove offering a tighter bond between the metal and the fabric.
Available in boxes of 5,000 count or cases of 10 boxes.
TENSION CLAMPS
These versatile tensioning clamps allow you to tightly hold the fabric into the staple channel as you stretch the awning fabric over the aluminum frame. Thus allowing you to position and create a drum tight finish prior to stapling.

z CLIPS
These rugged mounting brackets are made from 1/4 inch aluminum, with an internal radius to meet our awning profiles. Use the Z-Clips to attach the awning frame to the building. Our aluminum Z-Clips have been designed to meet most building codes.

STAPLE REMOVER
This remover has the correct angle for removing staples from the awning frame. Forged from alloy tempered steel. A consistently made Osborne quality product. Carefully hardened for long lasting use. Hardwood handle with nickel plated ferrule.
