Shipping & Deposit Information

Supply Bright Ordering and Shipping Policies: Deposit/Payments*:

  1. All special orders, awning kits, complete awnings, custom products, and large custom fulfillment orders will require a deposit of at least 50% and payment in full prior to releasing order for delivery or pickup.

  2. Order processing for special orders, awning kits, complete awnings, custom products, and large custom fulfillment orders will not begin until deposit has been secured.

  3. All metal orders will require payment at the time of order.

  4. All tools and supplies will require payment at the time of order.

  5. All miscellaneous items will require payment at the time of order.

Shipping/Delivery*:

  1. All special orders, awning kits, complete awnings, custom products, and large custom fulfillment orders will have a stated “Estimated” ship date at time of order. This date may not be accurate due to many external factors involved in producing the order.

  2. All metal orders are estimated to ship in 5 to 7 weeks, due to workforce issues at our warehouses.

  3. All tools and supplies are estimated to ship the next business day.

  4. All miscellaneous items are estimated to ship the next business day.

  5. All shipments are NOT guaranteed a delivery date.

  6. Once the appropriate shipper/carrier has the shipment in their possession Supply Bright has no control over its delivery schedule.
